Conditioning class, to plump up that peach! We will be focusing on glutes, low back abs and thighs!!
This is a challenging full body workout that uses the pole as your main piece of exercise equipment. As you progress through our curriculum, strength and conditioning will be key components in executing more difficult and challenging tricks. This class targets key muscles and muscle groups that are needed for pole specific moves combined with cardio, strength and endurance training. This class is recommended for Pole 2+ students

H.I.I.T Me Up (high intensity interval training) is a 50 minute class to give your all through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in a shorter period of time. H.I.I.T class is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.
This workout uses light weight balls, resistance band and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
