Flexy Leg Class is a revolutionary new workout designed to help people increase their hip & leg flexibility, while working towards splits of every variety. The class is designed to be fun and engaging, while still providing a challenging workout that will help participants improve their flexibility and range of motion. The class consists of stretching exercises, dynamic movements and functional exercises that focus on building strength, balance and stability. By increasing flexibility, participants will be able to improve their performance in any physical activity, from running to yoga to martial arts.
The class is designed to be accessible to all levels of flexibility, so whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, there’s something for you. The instructor will guide you through the movements, helping you to understand the proper form and get the most out of each exercise. As you progress, the instructor will introduce more challenging exercises to increase the intensity of the class and get your muscles working even harder.

This class is open to all skill levels
This class focuses on the 3 areas of your back, upper, middle and lower. We will include glutes and neck areas as well. Whether you are working towards a back bridge or have one already, you will be given progressions to increase flexibility and/or become more comfortable in your bridge and other poses.
All levels are welcomed, this class is extremely complementary to all pole classes.
